Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how DIGITTLE LLC handles personal information in connection with Digittle’s website, accounts, research service, support and billing. Contact info@digittle.ai for privacy questions. Effective date: October 27, 2026.
1 Who we are
DIGITTLE LLC is a Missouri limited liability company at 3954 Arsenal St, Saint Louis, MO 63116-3902, USA. We determine the purposes of processing for our website, account administration, security and business operations. A customer agreement and any applicable Data Processing Addendum also govern processing performed on a customer’s documented instructions. The legal role for public-source research depends on the activity and applicable law.
2 Information we collect
You may provide a name, business email, company information, account credentials, invitations, support messages, websites, audiences, business goals, competitors, buyer questions, logos, notes, opportunity actions and report edits. Research sources may include professional identities, public profiles and statements, articles, social posts, advertising creative, sampled AI answers, source links and citations. We receive these from customers, public sources and collection or search providers.
Technical information includes the request, device, session and security records needed to operate and troubleshoot the service. Stripe handles payment information through its hosted checkout and billing portal. Digittle stores the billing identifiers, subscription status and associated plan information needed to provide access. Do not send card numbers, passwords, patient records or other sensitive personal information to support or research forms.
3 How information is used
We use information to create and secure accounts, administer workspace access, deliver requested research and analysis, preserve findings and reports, respond to inquiries, process subscriptions, prevent misuse, investigate errors and meet legal obligations. Optional public-site analytics and marketing are subject to the choices described below. Sending a contact or demo form does not subscribe you to promotional email.
Where a law requires a legal basis, we rely on performance of the applicable agreement, legitimate interests in operating and securing the service and responding to business inquiries, compliance with legal obligations, or consent for activities that require it. These bases depend on the activity and the law that applies. You may withdraw consent without affecting processing already lawfully performed.
4 Who receives information
Authorized workspace members can access shared information according to their permissions. Services used for hosting, authentication, storage, email, research collection, AI analysis, payments, contact management and optional public-site analytics process the information needed for those functions. The Security and Subprocessors page describes these service categories and providers. Availability varies by the feature and source selected.
Information may also be disclosed to professional advisers, to comply with law, to investigate misuse or protect rights, or in connection with a business transaction with appropriate protections. A publisher or platform opened from a source link operates under its own privacy notice. We do not offer private customer workspace content for sale. Optional advertising-related tags, if enabled with the required consent, may involve disclosures treated as sharing or targeted advertising under applicable law; the privacy controls described below keep those optional tags off when you opt out.
5 Cookies and privacy choices
Essential cookies support sign-in and security. Optional statistics and marketing scripts are limited to public marketing pages and depend on the configured consent choices. They do not run inside customer workspaces, administration or authentication screens. Use Privacy choices to open the configured cookie preference controls and change your decision. Cookiebot’s consent information describes the technologies it detects; optional tags remain off if the consent tool is unavailable or required consent has not been given.
Recognized Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals keep optional tracking off in Digittle’s consent logic. Withdrawing consent after optional scripts load reloads the page to stop them. Optional analytics and marketing settings can change; the applicable consent controls govern whether those scripts may run.
6 Retention and deletion
We retain information for the purposes described in this policy. We consider whether an account or agreement remains active, whether the information is needed to deliver requested research or exports, outstanding support and security issues, legal retention obligations, disputes and the risk of retaining personal information. A subscription cancellation ends future paid service according to its terms; it does not automatically delete saved research or close the account.
Contact info@digittle.ai to request closure or deletion. We verify identity and authority and assess the affected records, applicable obligations and other people’s rights. Some information may need to be retained for legal, billing, fraud-prevention or security reasons. Deletion from active systems and expiry from protected backups can follow different processes. We will explain relevant limitations when responding to a request; this policy does not promise an automatic deletion deadline that the service has not implemented.
7 Your requests
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, a copy of information, restriction or objection to processing, or other available privacy rights. Contact info@digittle.ai or write to our office. Describe your relationship to Digittle and the affected information. An authorized agent may contact us; we may need to verify the request and the agent’s authority. Do not send sensitive identification documents until we explain an appropriate verification method.
We assess requests under the laws that apply, including permitted exceptions and response deadlines. Where a right of appeal applies, reply to the privacy contact and ask for review of the decision. You may also contact the relevant supervisory authority where that right is available. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights. A workspace administrator cannot waive another person’s legal rights.
If information about you appears in a research record, include its source URL or enough detail to locate it. We can assess Digittle’s handling; we cannot delete content from a publisher’s or platform’s own systems.
8 AI-assisted processing
Research inputs and source material may be sent to the AI analysis and collection services used for the requested research. Responses can be inaccurate and need human review. Digittle does not use this workflow to make automated eligibility decisions about individuals. Processing, retention and other provider terms depend on the selected service and contract; contact us before submitting information that requires additional contractual restrictions.
9 Security, locations and children
We use access restrictions and other safeguards intended to protect information; no service can guarantee absolute security. Our service providers may process information in the United States and other places where they operate. Where applicable law requires a particular transfer mechanism or additional contract, it must be addressed for that processing. The Security and Subprocessors and Data Processing pages provide further context.
Digittle is intended for adults using it for business and is not directed to children. Contact us if you believe a child has supplied personal information.
10 Changes and contact
We will update this policy as practices change, identify its effective date and provide additional notice or obtain consent where required. Privacy contact: info@digittle.ai. Mailing address: DIGITTLE LLC, 3954 Arsenal St, Saint Louis, MO 63116-3902, USA.
