Data Processing Addendum

A Data Processing Addendum addresses personal data that Digittle processes on a customer’s documented instructions. It is separate from general account registration and must identify the actual parties, processing and applicable requirements.

Request an agreement

Contact info@digittle.ai with your legal entity, privacy contact, intended use and the processing requirements you need addressed. Do not include patient records or other sensitive personal information in the request. We can provide the agreement for the relevant customer relationship and complete the processing schedules before execution.

What must be specified

The agreement must identify the roles of the parties, subject matter, purpose, data categories, people concerned, duration, instructions, confidentiality, security measures, incident assistance, authorized providers, return or deletion arrangements and applicable audit rights. International transfers may require additional documents and assessments. A DPA alone does not establish that those requirements have been completed.

Customer responsibilities

Customers must have the authority and rights to provide information and instructions. Digittle is a business research service. Patient records, identifiable health information, payment credentials and other sensitive personal data require a separate assessment and express written agreement; they are not part of the standard service.
