AI and Data Sources

Digittle turns selected market evidence into comparisons and recommendations. This statement explains what customers can inspect, what the measurements mean and where the limits are. It does not disclose the company’s private collection recipes or scoring implementation.

1 Information used in research

Depending on the selected scope and available collectors, research may include company websites, earned-media articles, social conversation, public advertiser libraries, sampled AI answers and organic search rankings. Customer-provided goals, audiences, competitors and buyer questions help frame the research. A source’s presence does not imply a commercial relationship, endorsement or permission to republish its material.

Evidence records can include a publisher or platform, original URL, collection date, publication date when available, saved excerpt, creative reference and relevant citations. Some records may have incomplete dates or inaccessible media. An assistant sample is identified by the assistant and returned citations. It may not have an original public conversation link.

2 How to read the comparisons

Earned-media share describes a brand’s portion of tracked brand appearances in the selected earned sample. Social share uses its own selected social sample and ownership filters. AI answer share compares tracked brand appearances in sampled answers; answer presence instead asks how often an answer names the brand. They have different denominators and should not be interchanged.

Paid-ad records show the creative, copy and source disclosures collected. Counts do not measure media spend, delivery, conversions, campaign effectiveness or return. A format does not establish Search or Display placement without source support. Public libraries may omit activity or provide incomplete dates. Missing data and failed collection are not zero activity.

Trends are comparisons between compatible saved research snapshots. Changes in scope, competitors, questions, collection completeness or source coverage can limit comparability. Demo data is illustrative and must remain identified separately from real customer research.

Organic search share uses the selected keyword and market baseline, search volume and observed organic rankings. DVS™ combines earned media, social, AI and organic channel measurements using Digittle’s private weighting framework. It describes the measured sample, not all market exposure. The initial channel weights are provisional and have not been empirically validated as predictors of revenue or market share. A missing required channel does not become a zero or a fabricated overall score.

3 AI assistance and recommendations

AI-assisted analysis helps organize evidence and draft findings. An observed source statement, the analyst’s interpretation and a proposed action serve different purposes. Competitor advertising is evidence of what that advertiser said, not independent proof of its claims. An assistant’s answer is evidence of the response collected, not verification of everything it asserts.

Use the evidence and recommendation rationale to assess the connection to your business goal, the proposed first step and any material counter-evidence. An omission alone does not establish that the customer lacks a capability or content. Customers should check existing work and customer evidence before investing in a new initiative.

4 Opportunity assessments and outcomes

Opening describes the strength of the evidence-backed opening. Lift describes estimated execution difficulty, with a higher value meaning harder to execute. Payoff describes estimated relevance or potential benefit for the stated business goal. These are proprietary Digittle assessments used in the Digittle Opportunity Score. Customers may save, dismiss, note or mark an opportunity implemented; these actions do not let customers change the proprietary score.

A score is a prioritization aid, not a promised financial result. Implementation dates can anchor later observations, but a before-and-after movement alone does not establish that the action caused it. Financial ROI needs appropriate outcome and cost evidence and a defensible attribution method. Customer notes and reported results should be identified as such.

5 Transparency and intellectual property

Source evidence, dates, measurement definitions and recommendation rationale support your review of the analysis. Digittle retains its nonpublic code, collector configuration, prompts, routing, weighting and operational methods. Required privacy and subprocessor disclosures remain available through the applicable documents; trade-secret protection is not a reason to omit legally required disclosures.
