Effective 2026-10-27
Acceptable Use Policy
This policy sets the boundaries for using Digittle and its research outputs. It forms part of the customer agreement when accepted with the Terms of Service or an order.
1 Authorized business use
Use Digittle only for lawful research and decision support within your purchased scope. Use individual accounts, protect credentials and respect workspace permissions. Agency users may access and share client work only within the authority and scope of their order. Customer remains responsible for its authorized users and for reviewing outputs before action or publication.
2 Security and service integrity
Do not access another customer’s information, bypass authorization, misuse an invitation, impersonate a user or disclose another person’s credentials. Do not introduce malware, exploit a vulnerability, interfere with service availability, evade usage controls or run unapproved automated extraction against the service. Do not redistribute access, resell the service or use it to build a competing collection of nonpublic Digittle materials without agreement.
If you discover a security issue, stop testing once enough information exists to report it. Preserve only the minimum evidence, do not access unrelated records and report it through the designated security channel. Testing beyond your own authorized account requires prior written permission. This policy is not a general penetration-testing authorization or a promise of legal safe harbor.
3 Content and data restrictions
Do not submit material you lack the right to use, unlawfully obtained information, private account credentials, malicious instructions or content that infringes intellectual-property or privacy rights. Do not upload patient records, identifiable health information, full card data, government identity documents or other highly sensitive personal data without a separate approved service and written agreement.
Publicly accessible content may still carry copyright, privacy, licensing or platform restrictions. Do not strip attribution, misrepresent the source or assume that an image, article or advertisement shown as evidence is cleared for republication. Customer is responsible for the rights needed for its own downstream use.
4 Prohibited decision uses
Do not use Digittle for employment, credit, insurance, housing, education admission or similar eligibility decisions about individuals. Do not use it for individual surveillance, harassment, discrimination, manipulation, unlawful targeting or attempts to infer sensitive personal traits. The service is not a clinical, diagnostic or emergency system.
Do not present generated text as independently verified facts, fabricated evidence or another person’s statement. Do not claim a competitor has no activity because it is absent from the collected sample. Do not describe public ad counts as competitor spend, conversions, effectiveness or financial results. Do not represent an opportunity score or a before-and-after chart as a guaranteed or causally proven return.
5 Review and lawful publication
Check evidence, date, relevance and conflicting information before relying on a recommendation. Obtain the required permissions and professional review for regulated, legal, medical, financial or other consequential claims. Mark your own narrative changes appropriately. A generated report or branded export does not certify that its contents or intended use comply with law.
6 Reports and enforcement
Report suspected misuse, an exposed credential or a security concern to info@digittle.ai. Include the affected workspace and a concise description without sending passwords, API keys or unnecessary personal data. We may investigate and restrict activity where reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law or address a material breach.
Where practicable, we will give notice, explain the issue and provide a reasonable opportunity to correct it. Immediate action may be required for serious misuse or an active security risk. Suspension and termination remain subject to the customer agreement and mandatory law. We may preserve limited records needed for the investigation or legal obligations.
