Inside Digittle

Questions before you choose a plan.

What does Digittle track?

Digittle researches organic search, earned media, public social conversation, collected AI answers and competitor paid-ad messaging. Your website, market, selected competitors, keywords and buyer questions define the research scope. Each snapshot shows available sources, dates, sample counts and collection gaps. It is a bounded sample rather than complete market coverage.

Essentials includes 1 brand and up to 3 competitors. Intelligence includes 1 brand plus up to 3 separately tracked products, each with up to 10 competitors. Agency includes up to 5 client brands with up to 5 competitors each. Paid-ad examples show observed messages, not spend, performance or return on investment.

How is this different from an AI visibility tool?

AI visibility is one part of Digittle’s research. You can inspect collected answers and citations, then compare them with search, earned media, social conversation and competitor advertising. Recommendations link back to their supporting evidence so your team can assess what to change.

Live search-answer collection targets ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, Perplexity, Google AI Mode and Google AI Overview, subject to provider availability. Each snapshot records what was actually collected. The fictional example also includes Claude to illustrate the matrix; Claude collection is not connected for live runs. DVS is withheld when required inputs are unavailable.

What do I need to set up?

Every new account includes an optional 30-minute, one-to-one setup call at no extra cost. If you’d like a walkthrough, we’ll check your setup, show you around the platform and answer your questions. You can also get started on your own.

If research doesn’t finish or you’re not getting what you need from your results, contact the Digittle team. We’re here to help you work through the issue and get more from the platform.

Create an account, confirm your email and select a subscription plan. Add your public website, confirm the company profile and research market, then choose competitors, keywords and buyer questions. Review those inputs before starting research. Intelligence product workspaces have their own product page, competitors and research scope.

Digittle collects accessible public information; you do not need to connect private advertising accounts to inspect public ad-library samples. Collection and analysis run asynchronously, with progress visible in your workspace. Source access, scope and provider availability affect completion time, so a fixed turnaround is not promised.

How often is research updated?

Your initial baseline research is included and uses no on-demand research tokens. Weekly research starts Monday at 5 AM Eastern. Essentials includes 2 additional on-demand runs per month for its brand. Intelligence includes 6 extra runs shared across the brand and its tracked products. Agency includes 2 extra runs per client brand each month. This is scheduled research, not real-time monitoring or unlimited collection.

Essentials and Agency use a 2-year research window; Intelligence uses 5 years. Provider archives and sampling limits determine what is available within those windows. Source publication dates and collection dates remain separate. Missing collection is disclosed and is not counted as zero visibility.

Can I edit and export reports?

Yes. Review the findings, select report sections and edit the narrative in the workspace. Download the saved report as scrolling HTML, a living HTML deck or editable PowerPoint. Print the HTML report to PDF when you need a fixed document. Reports are prepared from saved research when you choose to create them; an automatic monthly report is not promised.

Essentials supports your logo alongside Digittle branding. Intelligence and Agency support custom report colors and removal of Digittle branding, with separate branding for Agency clients. Review edits, citations and product claims before sharing. A recommendation is proposed work for your team, not a claim that Digittle implements it or guarantees results.

How does cancellation work?

Plans renew monthly in USD. Cancel anytime through subscription management. Access continues through the end of the paid period. There are no prorated refunds except where required by law or under the service-failure remedy in the terms. Cancellation does not claim a refund or stop a renewal that has already completed.

Saved research remains readable after cancellation; starting new paid research requires an active eligible subscription. Check your current plan and renewal date in the workspace before making changes. If you need help with an account or billing question, use Contact. A demo inquiry does not start a subscription or subscribe you to marketing emails.
