AI visibility: which buyer questions name your brand?

Compare collected AI answers, see where competitors appear and inspect the citations before deciding what to change. Digittle puts AI visibility alongside the other channels your buyers encounter.

Choose questions that reflect a buying decision

Start with your audience, category and the products a buyer is comparing. Confirm the research questions in your brief. Category comparisons, implementation concerns and purchase requirements can reveal different patterns; a single broad prompt cannot stand in for the whole buyer journey.

Use a stable question set when comparing snapshots. Keep the competitor panel and market settings consistent. Adding an easy branded question can raise presence without establishing stronger discovery among people who do not already know you.

Know which answers were actually collected

Supported search-answer collection targets ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, Perplexity, Google AI Mode and Google AI Overview. Each snapshot identifies the assistants and questions collected, available citations and collection gaps. Provider availability can affect a run, and answers can change on repeated requests.

A separately configured model-API answer is recorded with its model identity. It is not evidence of the same response in a consumer assistant interface. Digittle does not promise identical coverage across every assistant or every market.

Read presence, share and citations separately

Answer presence asks how often the collected answers name your brand. Share of voice compares your brand’s appearances with all appearances of the tracked brands. Each brand counts once per answer. A brand can have high presence while sharing most answers with several competitors.

Open the original collected answer and its available citations. Being named is different from being recommended, cited as a source or placed first. AI-generated text can be wrong; verify factual claims before using them in marketing.

Turn a missing answer into a question to investigate

A competitor appearing where you do not is a signal to review, not proof that you need another page. Compare the buyer question with your existing product information and customer evidence. Look for a specific unanswered decision: implementation ownership, migration requirements or a meaningful product distinction.

When the evidence supports a content test, confirm the facts, update the relevant material and record the action. Repeat the same questions and inspect subsequent answers. Digittle does not guarantee citations, rankings or a causal lift from a content change.

Keep AI visibility in the wider market picture

Compare AI answers with organic search, earned media and social conversation. Inspect competitor ad messages separately. Agreement between channels may make a topic worth reviewing; overlapping sources do not create independent proof or unique audience reach.

Essentials, Intelligence and Agency include the core AI visibility workflow. Plans differ in brand and competitor allowances, research refreshes and report customization. Choose the scope you need rather than treating one sample percentage as a complete assessment of your brand.
