A defined research view for each client
Agency is $1,499 per month and includes up to 5 brands, each with up to 5 competitors. Each brand has its own research scope and Essentials research package: a 2-year window, weekly Monday updates at 5 AM Eastern, and 2 additional on-demand runs per calendar month. Each client has up to 5 competitors and separate research tokens.
Confirm each client’s website, audience, products and competitor set. Research covers organic search, earned media, social conversation, AI answers and paid advertising, subject to source availability and the reported collection scope. Client brands do not need to share a competitor set.
Prepare a recommendation you can defend
Review the findings alongside source excerpts and available dates. Inspect collected AI answers and competitor advertising claims. Separate what the research observed from your interpretation and the action you are proposing to the client.
Use recommendations as a starting point for agency judgment. Check existing client work and product evidence, record notes and prioritize the actions worth taking. Digittle does not supply a dedicated agency strategist or execute the recommended work.
Put the readout in your client’s format
Agency supports client logos, custom report colors and optional removal of Digittle branding. Edit the report narrative and selected sections, then export HTML or PowerPoint. Print HTML to PDF for a fixed readout. Review every report before sending it to a client.
Essentials is $299 per month for 1 brand and up to 3 competitors, with your logo alongside Digittle. Intelligence is $599 per month for 1 brand plus up to 3 tracked products. Each has its own competitors, visibility scores, recommendations and reports, with up to 10 competitors per brand or product. Weekly updates cover each; the brand and products share 6 extra research runs per month. Report customization matches Agency. Agency is designed for multiple client brands; its competitor allowance is 5 per brand, not 10.
Make the next review comparable
Save agreed actions and track implementation in the workspace. Weekly updates start Monday at 5 AM Eastern; additional on-demand runs use that client’s separate token balance. Keep buyer questions, keywords and competitor scope stable when comparing results.
An implemented status records your team’s progress, not an independently measured result. Explain changes in source coverage and collection settings before attributing a visibility shift to agency work. The methodology page gives your team the definitions and limitations to carry into that discussion.
Start with a paid workspace or a demo
Create an account, confirm your email and select Agency through Stripe checkout. Add each client brand and confirm its research brief before starting collection. Completion time depends on collection and analysis; no fixed delivery time is claimed here.
If you want to review the fit first, request a demo and describe the number of brands and competitor scope you need. The public example uses fictional brands, dates, evidence excerpts and recommendations to show the product. It does not claim customer outcomes.
